Model Preview
The 2024 INFINITI QX80 continues with a newly available Dark Chrome Appearance Package for the top Sensory trim. The treatment includes black mirror caps and dark chrome trim for the grille, front fascia, fender vents, and tailgate. The QX80 is otherwise unchanged from last year.
The QX80 serves as the luxury brand's traditional full-size SUV, offering truck-like towing capability and standard V8 power. The three-row QX80 can seat up to eight and take on 95.1 cubic feet of cargo with the rear rows folded. The QX80 remains one of the most spacious SUVs on the market.
Every 2024 QX80 will be equipped with INFINITI's 5.6-liter V8 that musters up 400 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque. A seven-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive are also standard. Four-wheel drive will continue as optional on all models. With either setup, the QX80 is rated to tow up to 8,500 pounds. Due to its weight and large engine, the QX80 does no better in EPA testing than 14 miles per gallon city, 20 mpg highway, and 16 combined. Adding 4WD reduces each estimate by one mpg.
Standard features for 2024 include a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless charging, Nappa leather seats, remote start, automatic wipers, a 13-speaker Bose sound system, and 20-inch wheels. As in previous years, the QX80 offers an indulgent level of luxury from the start.
INFINITI offers the 2024 QX80 in three trims: Luxe, Premium Select, and Sensory. The Premium Select adds 22-inch wheels and special finishes inside and out. The Sensory carries adaptive headlights, a cabin air purifier, quilted semi-aniline leather seats, a 17-speaker Bose system, and an adaptive suspension system.
Standard safety features for the 2024 QX80 will include a surround-view camera system, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, automatic high beams, front and rear parking sensors, and automatic emergency braking.
