There's no disputing that the CX-5 is a top safety pick and a good value. However, one thing the CX-5 is not, is dull. Rolling into its third model year this five-seat CUV continues to offer the sporty handling and sharp reflexes that live up to Mazda's zoom-zoom heritage. Thanks to Skyactiv technology, the CX-5 also offers fuel efficiency few competitors can match.
What's New for 2015
Changes to the CX-5 are minor since it is mostly a carryover from last year. The addition of keyless entry as standard equipment on the Touring and Grand Touring trims is the only notable change.
Choosing Your Mazda CX-5
Mazda offers the CX-5 in three models. Each comes with a choice of front-wheel or all-wheel drive.
With its advanced safety features and fuel efficiency, the CX-5 Sport features great value and a highly competitive price point within its class. With that being said, taking the step up to a well-equipped Touring model will provide a better overall driving experience and much better value.
